This is everything your own statements already say, put in one place. It covers one month and only the doors we have data for. The empty tiles further down are not errors, they are the doors no data was supplied for.
Same portfolio, three very different outcomes. The gap between the units you manage and the ones Propr manages is the single biggest number in this snapshot.
Propr's headline rate is 18%, the same as Booking. But it is charged on top of the platform fee, so it takes 23.4% of what is actually left. On one Lisboa door in one month that is €1,038 withheld against €1,438 received. Whether that is fair depends on what Propr does for it, and that is exactly what the other four Lisboa statements would settle.

ADR is gross divided by nights sold. Occupancy counts nights sold inside the month. The Calçada da Graça line is the May stay period, because Propr's June statement bills May. Airbnb and Booking figures are June stays. Aligning these periods is one of the things a real system fixes.
Five are lit because a statement was supplied. Six are dark. Each dark tile names the one document that would light it up.
Answer those four, add the missing statements for one month, and every tile above fills in. That is the whole picture of the portfolio, and the point where it becomes worth deciding what to build.
